                              RESOLUTION NO. 21572
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO UPGRADING
                 AND EXPANSION OF THE 19TH STREET PUMP STATION
                 FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-SIX
                 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($76,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services relative to the upgrading and expansion of
       the 19th Street Pump Station for an amount not to exceed
       $76,000.00.
